The Journey Begins
Family owned and operated. Ian, Wendy and Riley decided to open a restaurant in the middle of 2020. Each one of them brings something to the table. Ian having a beer distribution business for over 15 years to then being Knighted in Belgium. Wendy has had her own jewelry stores throughout her life and brought the decor, retail and Belgian Chocolates to Outpost. Riley just finishing college at USF decided to join in on this expedition to create a restaurant for everyone to feel at home.

Our menu is a tribute to both American comfort and European flair. With Belgian and German influences, our handcrafted dishes are designed to offer familiar tastes with a unique twist. We take pride in every plate, from rich flavors to quality ingredients, including decadent Belgian chocolate. It’s comfort food, elevated with culture and care.
