(Saison) Cooperstown, New York. 7.7% ABV – A hoppy and flavorful farmhouse ale that brings you champagne-like carbonation as well as flavors of orange and spice. I would have this beer with our Sweet Thai Shrimp bowl.
(Lambic) Vlezenbeek, Belgium. 2.5% ABV – Naturally fermented fruit beer with a wonderful aroma and flavor of raspberries. Pairs with desserts, especially chocolate.
(IPA) Seattle Washington. 8.2% ABV – West coast style India Pale Ale that brings you a heavily hopped flavor profile. Pair this with our Stacking Heat Burger.
(Kettle Sour) Tulsa, Oklahoma. 7.7% ABV – An imperial sour with flavors of orange, lemon, lime, blueberry, cherry and marshmallow. This pairs very nicely with our naked bone-in wings.
(IPA) Cloverdale, California. 7.5% ABV – A wonderful representation of a west coast style India Pale Ale. Very full of flavor from the various hops. This beer would compliment our Fried Chicken Sandwich.
(Kettle Sour) Tulsa, Oklahoma. 5.2% ABV – This fruited kettle sour offers flavors and aromas of orange, raspberry, lime and lemon. Highly recommend having this with our pretzel bites.
(Cream Ale) Lexington, Kentucky. 5.5% ABV – Such a smooth and easy to drink ale that is very reminiscent of a cream soda. This would pair well with our Reuben Sandwich.
(Steam Beer) San Francisco, California. 4.9% ABV – American steam beer that has a light and refreshing flavor that finishes slightly bitter from the hops. Pairs very nicely with our Stacking Heat Burger.
(American Wheat Ale) Eureka, California. 5.2% ABV – Classic American style wheat ale with a blast of tangerines that will leave you wanting more. Pairs well with our mild or hot wings.
(Pilsner) Czech Republic. 4.4% ABV. Setting the standard for what a true Czech Pils should be. Very refreshing with hints of crackers and bread on the nose, followed by moderate hops to keep you wanting more. Pair this with our mild wings for a perfect balance.
(Kettle Sour) Grand Rapids, Michigan. 4.6% ABV – The refreshing notes of watermelon paired with sea salt make for a great summer beer! Try this with our Bavarian Pretzel.
(Milk Stout) Douglas, Michigan. 6% ABV – A very dark color with the aroma of roasted chocolate and strawberry. Coffee/chocolate notes are present along with a light vanilla and strawberry. A belgian waffle dessert with a chocolate drizzle would be a wonderful pairing.
(German Wheat Ale) Freising, Germany. 5.4% ABV – This unfiltered wheat beer has the smell of bananas and cloves. There is a smooth German yeast taste that follows through with mild banana. Pair this with our soft pretzel.
(Belgian Quad) Watou, Belgium. 10% ABV – The perfect example and representation of what a Belgian Quadrupel should be! Very complex notes of spices and dark fruit make for a great pairing with our Prime Rib dinner.
(Pale Ale) Chico, California. 5.6% ABV – This is a perfect example of what an American Pale Ale should resemble; not only in terms of flavor but aroma and color as well.
(Maibock) La Coruna, Spain. 6.5% ABV – Amber colored with notes of caramel and toffee that finish very smooth. Highly recommend having this with our Gatorwurst.
(Fruit and Field) Los Angeles, California. 4% ABV – Super light and refreshing wheat ale that has very prominent flavors and aromas of mango that will leave you wanting more. Have this beer with our Outpost Salad.
(Kolsch) Koln, Germany. 4.8% ABV. Beautiful straw color that is both refreshing and crisp. Pair this with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(Belgian-style Tripel) Quebec, Canada. 9% ABV – This beer has its yeast originating from Europe to replicate the flavors and aromas of a traditional style Tripel. The aroma has fruited notes along with a touch of clove followed by banana and peppery spice flavors. Pair this beer with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(German Marzen) Munich, Germany. 5.8% ABV. – Traditional style German Marzen brewed year round has notes of caramel and finishes smooth. Pair this beer with our knockwurst.
(Belgian Dubbel) Chimay, Belgium 7% ABV – Fruity and rich in flavor yet smooth and complex. I highly recommend having this ale with our Super Smash Shroom Burger.
(Fruited Wheat) Eureka, California. 5% ABV – This ale has the essence of apricot and soft bread that finishes up slightly dry. Wonderful to be accompanied by a Stacking Heat Burger.
(Adjunct Lager) St. Louis, Missouri. 5% ABV - Classic American hops, barley malts and rice. Pairs well with light fare.
(Belgian Strong Dark Ale) Melle, Belgium. 11.5% ABV – This specially brewed ale is aged for nine months in oak barrels. There is so much complexity that stems from its spices, malt and hops that is then followed by oaky notes. A wonderful beer indeed, you would really appreciate this beverage with our prime rib.
