(Cider) Sebastopol, California. 5.0% ABV – Tartness flavors from the pineapple and finishes crisp like an apple. Pair with our prime rib dinner.
(Lambic) Vlezenbeek, Belgium. 2.5% ABV – Naturally fermented fruit beer with a wonderful aroma and flavor of raspberries. Pairs with desserts, especially chocolate.
(Fruited Ale) Los Angeles, California. 4% ABV – Very fruity and refreshing beer that is perfect for a hot day! Light and drinkable that pairs good with our flatbread.
(Pale Ale) Chico, California. 5.6% ABV – This American Pale Ale sets the standard for the style and is a very good representation of what a slightly hoppy beer should consist of. I would recommend having this with our Cowboy Mac & Cheese.
(Oktoberfest) Chico California. 5.5% ABV – Brewed only once a year, this beer has flavors of caramel and graham cracker. Very smooth and refreshing that would compliment a Bavarian Pretzel.
(India Pale Ale) Cloverdale, California. 7.5% ABV – Slight aroma of citrus from the hops. Brewed with just the right of hops for a full bodied flavor. This would pair nicely with our hot wings.
(Fruited Sour) Krebs, OK. 5% ABV – This special ale is a sour brewed with watermelon, lemon, lime and orange. Makes for a refreshing beer that goes with a salty dish!
(Steam Beer) San Francisco, California. 4.9% ABV – American steam beer that has a light and refreshing flavor that finishes slightly bitter from the hops. Pairs very nicely with our Stacking Heat Burger.
(American Wheat Ale) Eureka, California. 5.2% ABV – Classic American style wheat ale with a blast of tangerines that will leave you wanting more. Pairs well with our mild or hot wings.
(German Marzen) Munich, Germany. 5.8% ABV. A traditional German marzen that has caramel notes with a balance of hops. True to style and I would recommend having this with our Shaggy Belgian.
(Belgian Quadrupel) Watou, Belgium. 10% ABV – This ale has the aroma of dark fruit with sugar undertones. This pairs wonderfully with our Prime Rib dish.
(Irish Stout) Dublin, Ireland. 4.2% ABV – A very dark color with the aroma of roasted coffee, while the taste has a touch of bitterness. Pairs nicely with our 611 club.
(German Wheat Ale) Freising, Germany. 5.4% ABV – This unfiltered wheat beer has the smell of bananas and cloves. There is a smooth German yeast taste that follows through with mild banana. Pair this with our soft pretzel.
(Belgian Amber) Buggenhout, Belgium 8.4% ABV – This amber ale has notes of caramel that equates to a very smooth flavor profile. Drinks like a 5 or 6% amber, pairs very well with our pork belly bowl.
(Marzen) Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. 5.3% ABV - This specially brewed beer is easy drinking due to its malty start and smooth finish. Pair this with our bratwurst.
(Vienna Lager) Wien, Austria. 5.3% ABV – Has the taste of bready malt that is well balanced by the slight bitterness. Pairs very nicely with our Backyard Burger.
(Witbier) Bavikhove, Belgium. 5% ABV – Aromas of citrus and orange peel that combines with coriander to create this refreshing ale. Pair with our Sweet and Crunchy salad.
(Kolsch) Koln, Germany. 4.8% ABV. Beautiful straw color that is both refreshing and crisp. Pair this with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(Belgian-style Tripel) Quebec, Canada. 9% ABV – This beer has its yeast originating from Europe to replicate the flavors and aromas of a traditional style Tripel. The aroma has fruited notes along with a touch of clove followed by banana and peppery spice flavors. Pair this beer with our homemade chicken sandwich.
(German Marzen) Munich, Germany. 5.8% ABV. – Traditional style German Marzen brewed year round has notes of caramel and finishes smooth. Pair this beer with our knockwurst.
(Sour) Tulsa, Oklahoma. 5.2% ABV – This kettle sour is one of a kind and tastes just like rainbow sherbet! Flavors of citrus and lime makes for a perfect snack with your pretzel.
(Belgian Dubbel) Chimay, Belgium. 7% ABV – This ale has a reddish- copper color with a fruity aroma. The flavor profile is that of raisins and or figs/plums. Pairs great with our triple blend burgers.
(Adjunct Lager) St. Louis, Missouri. 5% ABV - Classic American hops, barley malts and rice. Pairs well with light fare.
(Belgian Dark Ale) Melle, Belgium. 8.5% ABV – This ale has the aromas of candied sugar with complex flavors coming from the malt that pairs wonderfully with our Prime Rib.
