(Cider) Sebastopol, California. 5.0% ABV – Tartness flavors from the pineapple and finishes crisp like an apple. Pair with our prime rib dinner.
(Lambic) Vlezenbeek, Belgium. 2.5% ABV – Naturally fermented fruit beer with a wonderful aroma and flavor of raspberries. Pairs with desserts, especially chocolate.
(Pale Ale) Chico, California. 5.6% ABV – Deep amber color with flavors and aromas coming from its cascade hops. A classic beverage that pairs great with our Stacking Heat Burger.
(Sour Ale) Tulsa, OK. 5.2% ABV – This sour ale has all the flavors that you love from sherbet such as lime, orange, lemon and more! Have this beer with our pretzel bites.
(IPA) Cloverdale, CA. 7.5% ABV – Beautiful amber color that has a malty front end that finishes with an earthy bitterness. A really nice food pairing would be our Camel Burger.
(Dubbel) Quebec, Canada. 8% ABV – Taste of brown sugar and caramel as well as some dark fruit. Pair this with our Poutine w/prime rib add on.
(IPA) Tampa, Florida. 7.5% ABV. – Intense aroma of citrus coming from the six different hop varieties followed by a bold hop flavor all the way through. Pairs very well with spicy food.
(Kettle Sour) Boonville, CA. 4.2% ABV – Refreshing wheat ale that is brewed with sea salt and coriander. Blood oranges added during fermentation to create this sour ale. Pairs perfectly with our pickle chips.
(American Wheat Ale) Eureka, California. 5.2% ABV – Classic American style wheat ale with a blast of tangerines that will leave you wanting more. Pairs well with our mild or hot wings.
(Lager) Munich, Germany. 4.9% ABV. A traditional German lager that is both refreshing and flavorful. Crisp and light in taste that would make a good pairing with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(Belgian Quadrupel) Watou, Belgium. 10% ABV – This ale has the aroma of dark fruit with sugar undertones. This pairs wonderfully with our Prime Rib dish.
(Irish Stout) Dublin, Ireland. 4.2% ABV – A very dark color with the aroma of roasted coffee, while the taste has a touch of bitterness. Pairs nicely with our 611 club.
(German Wheat Ale) Freising, Germany. 5.4% ABV – This unfiltered wheat beer has the smell of bananas and cloves. There is a smooth German yeast taste that follows through with mild banana. Pair this with our soft pretzel.
(Dunkel) Freising, Germany. 5.4% ABV – This beer has the notes of a traditional German dark lager that is composed of a perfect balance of malt and hops. Having this with a bratwurst would be a beautiful pairing.
(Steam Beer) San Francisco, CA. 4.9% ABV - A unique beer that combines lager yeast with fermentation at ale temperatures in an open fermenter. The result is an amber colored beverage with a mild hop finish. Have this with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(Vienna Lager) Wien, Austria. 5.3% ABV – Has the taste of bready malt that is well balanced by the slight bitterness. Pairs very nicely with our Backyard Burger.
(Witbier) Hoegaarden, Belgium. 4.9% ABV – Aromas of citrus and orange peel that combines with coriander to create this refreshing ale. Pair with our Sweet and Crunchy salad.
(Kolsch) Koln, Germany. 4.8% ABV. Beautiful straw color that is both refreshing and crisp. Pair this with our grilled chicken sandwich.
(Belgian-style Tripel) Quebec, Canada. 9% ABV – This beer has its yeast originating from Europe to replicate the flavors and aromas of a traditional style Tripel. The aroma has fruited notes along with a touch of clove followed by banana and peppery spice flavors. Pair this beer with our homemade chicken sandwich.
(German Marzen) Munich, Germany. 5.8% ABV. – Traditional style German Marzen brewed year round has notes of caramel and finishes smooth. Pair this beer with our knockwurst.
(European Lager) Dublin, Ireland. 5% ABV – This lager has a light bready notes and finishes crisp. Overall, a light and refreshing beer. Pair this with our veggie bowl.
(Belgian Dubbel) Chimay, Belgium. 7% ABV – This ale has a reddish- copper color with a fruity aroma. The flavor profile is that of raisins and or figs/plums. Pairs great with our triple blend burgers.
(Adjunct Lager) St. Louis, Missouri. 5% ABV - Classic American hops, barley malts and rice. Pairs well with light fare.
(Belgian Dark Ale) Melle, Belgium. 8.5% ABV – This ale has the aromas of candied sugar with complex flavors coming from the malt that pairs wonderfully with our Prime Rib.
